Growing Communities Project Funded by the National Lottery

We’re excited to announce the launch of the Growing Communities Project this Winter 2025, funded by the National Lottery. This initiative aims to bring people of all ages together to create green spaces, foster connections, and promote well-being within local communities.

Project Overview:
The Growing Communities Project focuses on building stronger community bonds through activities like gardening, cooking, and creative projects. It’s about creating green spaces that support mental health, sustainable living, and provide opportunities for people to learn and share skills.

Winter 2025 Visits (Phase 1):
We will be visiting the following local organizations as part of the project:

• Little Aston Primary School
• MHA Burntwood
• Boley Park Preschool
• Magnolia Friends
• Liberty Jamboree
• Scotch Orchard Primary School

Spring 2025 (Phase 2):
In Spring 2025, we’ll be expanding the project to include additional local groups, bringing the total number of participating organisations to 10.
