Lichfield City Station Mural Project with Friends of Lichfield City Station & Kate Slater
What makes Lichfield special to you? Is it a favourite place, a beautiful green space, the colours of nature, a treasured memory or the feeling you get when you’re outdoors?
As part of our Lichfield City Station mural project, with Friends of Lichfield City Station & Kate Slater, Nurture Community CIC is inviting people to share their ideas, creativity and connection to our city.
We want this mural to reflect the people, places and experiences that make Lichfield unique, and we’d love you to be part of it!
🌱 How can you get involved?
You don’t need to be an artist, belong to a particular group or have attended one of our workshops. Everyone is welcome!
Simply download and complete our creative prompt sheet, which will guide you through a few simple questions about nature, colour, favourite places and what Lichfield means to you.
Alternatively, you can share your own creative contribution.
This could be:
- 🎨 A drawing, painting or piece of artwork
- ✍️ A poem, a few words or a piece of writing
- 🌿 Something inspired by nature or your favourite green space
- 💛 A memory, a place you love or an idea that captures your Lichfield
There is no right or wrong way to take part. We’re interested in your ideas, your perspective and what makes Lichfield meaningful to you.
✨ What happens to your contributions?
We’ll bring together ideas and creative responses from across our community to help inspire the design of a new mural celebrating Lichfield. Every contribution will help us build a picture of our city and the people who call it home.
💌 Ready to take part?
Access the creative prompt sheet via the link provided and send us your contribution by Monday 30th November 2026
Let’s bring our ideas together and create something that celebrates our Lichfield. 💛
