Welcome to December 2020! The festive seasons is finally here, and our thoughts turn to gifting something special to our nearest and dearest. So many of us are considering shopping local in 2020, to support the makers, the crafters and the inventors that represent our local independent businesses. Through our connections at Nurture Community CIC, we are able to offer you some insight into a special type of gifting. The present of an experience!
Let me have a quick break for the scientific bit. Over and over again it’s been found that giving an experience, has some quite unexpected benefits. It can strengthen relationships, boosts kids intelligence and happiness! So if you are stuck on the next toy, book or gift to share with your family, maybe it’s time to find something experiential!
During our recent Nurture Networking Online Meeting, we asked the community what they are promoting right now, and what they gave us was a list of some unique and inventive options! Have a read of what you can get your hands on today, and maybe add it to YOUR Christmas list?
